Sumedha Dua, having been enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council since 2002, has exhaustive experience in Litigation practice for over two decades.

As a result of her core expertise in Civil litigation and consultancy, she has dealt with numerous cases of Insolvency, Intellectual property rights, Money Recovery, Real Estate, Service matters, Consumer disputes, Property Succession disputes, Matrimonial disputes, etc.

She has experience and exposure in Criminal Matters also, which include White Collar Crimes, Medical negligence matters, IPC, Cheque Dishonour matters, etc.

She also has to her credit, experience in Legal Compliance and Due Diligence of Companies for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act.

She is an external member of POSH committees for many Top 100 Companies of India. Sumedha has experienced both sides of the Arbitration process as she has been a court-appointed Sole Arbitrator and has also deftly handled several Arbitrations proceedings for her clients before Tribunals and courts.

As a strong believer of the ADR process, Sumedha is not only a trained Mediator but also a Resource Person for ADR training.
