Pushkar Rai Garg has more than two decades of rich experience in handling civil, labor, and service matters of all types. His practice focuses primarily on civil law, which includes service matters (i.e., promotions, selections, pay scales, retrenchment, wages, inquiries, and punishments, etc.), problems regarding HR, claim cases, consumer cases, and other legal matters, and the drafting of deeds and documents, including those related to mergers and amalgamations, takeovers, joint ventures, LLP’s, and corporate restructuring.
