Mr. Singh offers strategic legal solutions across the entire dispute spectrum, with proven success in matters concerning Real Estate & Property Disputes (handling conflicts over ownership titles and development agreements), Service & Labour Law (specializing in service jurisprudence and employment regulation compliance), and Family & Civil Matters (including custody, maintenance, and inheritance). Additionally, he advises on litigation stemming from Corporate & Criminal Compliance, including commercial breaches and related white-collar criminal proceedings.

His practice spans all layers of the judicial system, maintaining a strong presence in Appellate & Constitutional Advocacy by managing Civil, Criminal, and Constitutional Litigation before various High Courts and the apex Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He also provides expert representation before specialized forums, including the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and is highly proficient in steering matters toward efficient resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods like Arbitration and Mediation.

Supreme Court and Central/State Government Representation

• He has represented both the Central Government and the Government of Uttar Pradesh (Govt. of U.P.) before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, signifying his role in matters of national administrative and constitutional significance.

Delhi High Court Institutional Counsel

• He previously served as counsel for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, handling their crucial litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.

• He also acted as counsel for the Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, managing their litigation matters before the Delhi High Court.

Autonomous Society Representation

• Mr. Singh currently acts as counsel for the Central Government Employee Welfare Association, New Delhi (an Autonomous Society under the Ministry of Urban and Housing), demonstrating specialized expertise in the legal challenges faced by public sector employees.
